my hat's off to anyone who runs regularly and at any kind of distance. it is hard. the first 5 minutes really suck and the rest of the day either my food cramps or my hip feels like someone is stabbing it.
thankfully i only have this on my agenda until june 21!
i just have to keep telling myself that i can do it. and for now, i can rest assured knowing i ran today and won't be back at the track until thursday.
