just have to get back in the routine

i forgot that i really have to focus when i am trying to stay on my food plan. i of course didn't realize it would present any challenges...that is until it was time for lunch. went into a healthy organic store and found myself ordering some kind of salad but wait that had pasta in it. nope not on the list. second challenge of the day....got home and sure enough we have bagels, pita chips, bread type crackers...all on the no fly list. hmmm. thankfully i know how to be creative. but boy i need to focus and plan.
ok i am ready to face day...2!
now it is the end of day 2 and i can say, i think i am feeling better already!

back to business

just saw a post on fb from the obama campaign that it there are 100 days until election day. 100 days always reminds me of challenges...i have done 100 days of yoga. 100 days of no eating carbs. that makes me excited to get back on track with my eating. i have been a little slack and just start eating the stuff i don't normally eat.
yep, today is day one and i am back on track. no bread, rice, pasta and some form of exercise every day. i am also extra motivated as i spent all day yesterday sitting on my butt watching the olympics. it's time for me to get up and move!
