eat better do better

for most of us who don't really pay attention to what we shovel in our mouths daily, we don't really notice the impact on how we feel. that is until we stuff ourselves and then the body says enough. but what about when we start to pay attention to what we eat? i think in the beginning we just notice what we are no longer eating or missing. so i am challenging myself to pay attention. how does what i eat affect how i feel and move every day. i know one thing i can pay attention to is my yoga class. that is always a good determination on how i am taking care of myself.
if i eat better will i do better?
