i loved today's act of kindness. i shared it with my husband and my nephew. we are all at the rose parade and had seats in the bleachers. even for a small person, getting to our seats was challenging. well just as the parade started a very overweigh man using a cane began to make his way up the stairs with his very large wife. their seats were on the other side of us at the end of the row which meant they would have to climb over people to get to their seats. instead we did, what all of us should do and just gave up our seats, moved down and just let them sit down right where they were. it may have seemed like a small gesture but i could see it in his wife the stress leaving her face. these acts of kindness remind me that we should act like this all the time.
