so today i realized is day 16 of my 28 days of random acts of kindness. as you may know i have done a variety of things but today's act is the most different from the rest. today i finish a scarf.
in the last year i met a client who told me about his partner who grew up poor and is still poor. she collects things off the street basically anything she sees and savors them as treasures. i thought about buying her something but realized having something made would perhaps feel special. i started knitting it right before thanksgiving and worked on it here and there. today i finish it. day 16.
thank god it is a cold rainy day here...i am going to finish it!
